Although this foot bath is popular with health practitioners and they get positive results with it, the challenge in the commercial setting with this bath is the cost per footbath session and how tedious replacing the metal array can be. They are small very thin steel washer discs.

The other therapeutic design drawback is that the positive and negative array is stacked so cancels a lot of the potential pure negative polarity field that could have been created….So even if it is a 3-5amp footbath the array can also reduce the polarity field and thus therapeutic effects achievable.

Consider the Dtox monster and how that array is shaped to maximize the negative polarity field as well as the ease to replace the long thick steal plates.

95% of footbaths don’t work they are glorified electrolysis devices low amperage with weak power supply. Also the myth is that toxins come out of the feet…that was never true and is not how these equipment really benefit the body. only three brands on the market are higher amperage and worth it especially for commercial applications.

Array is slightly easier to replace than Aqua Chi and Q energy Spa. But folks lets look at their therapeutic efficacy….anything special about this company and their equipment? They do a much better quality power supply and reduction of AC trickle.  It is probably a higher amp footbath then Aqua chi and Q Energy Spa.

What is my biggest issue with this brand?

They refuse to answer my simple question about what is the fuse rating on their units both residential and commercial . In fact they asked me why I wanted to know and that it isn’t important. Really? Then why does every other credible footbath brand offer this information?

I need to know this information because running a higher amp footbath but with a low amp fuse can mean it will burn it out faster. Sure some brands can squeeze out more amperage but doesn’t mean its a good idea with a low amp fuse..Legally only baths with a max 5.5amp fuses can be sold. So if they are running footbaths at their 5amp mark or higher like they claim this could be maxing it out. To my knowledge only the brand D Tox Monster can you swap out the fuse for a higher one after it is purchased.

Even if there is no issue with their fuse why are they being so shady about answering me and even more shocking they didn’t actually have the answer to a pretty basic question when it comes to these types of devices.

They also tried to sell me on the concept of their Copper footbath which is very expensive to replace and ofcourse copper oxidizes quite rapidly.

They have no idea how real science works in this portion of the design. All this causes is the negative polarity field from the array to arc and ground out directly into the metal copper tub! We don’t want all that potential DC field to be grounding out on the bucket we want it to all be concentrated and arcing directly into the feet!

One also has to check with a heavy metal hair analysis if they are already high in copper as some people are as this as well as copper piping in a house can overwhelm a person with absorbing too much copper. So they tried to sell me on accepting the idea that even though their power supply and machine produced 3-5 amps (depending on if you get commercial unit or not) that the amperage in the water was actually or could go higher due to the copper tub potential the energy. That deserves an LOL. If the charge in the water does go higher then the power supply and fuse has to be able to handle it so unless they can prove to me their device can handle beyond 5.5amp then they are simply lying.

Consumers may not know that it is not legal to sell a foot bath higher than 5.5amp fuse on it so claiming they can achieve higher than this due to their special footbath is not a good thing to claim…all that means is you run the risk of blowing your fuse or damaging the power supply over time. They know perfectly well this is not true otherwise they would be having to deal with a lot of servicing and repair issues due to their copper tub raising the amperage past the threshold.

Conclusion is their equipment is one of the few brands that are higher than most but they left me with a real bad taste in my mouth due to the above questions and concerns.

Just another low amperage footbath but the difference with this company is that they are one of the strongest with their marketing efforts.

No real therapeutic difference by the way between the commercial and residential models except that you can run two low amperage footbaths at the same time!! The power supply for them two allow for that is going to be pretty much the same (1amp+1amp=2 amps or 1.5+1.5= 3amps max…big deal) so basically they are just providing you with an additional array for an additional cost differential of $900!!! Now ask them what a replacement array would cost and you will see the huge discrepancy. Pretty dishonest if you ask me.

AS far as customer service is concerned its very good and I do like all the people that work for the company they are very sincere. It’s too bad they won’t consider actually improving their footbath and lowering the cost a bit.

They do try to sell people on the concept of the dual polarity(other companies do this as well). But here is the truth:

Dual Polarity, or reversible polarity, machine is just the reversing of polarity. Dual Polarity is a marketing gimmick and provides no benefit. This is why:

FALSE CLAIM: Systems that use Dual Polarity claim that switching Polarity (in another words which way the DC current flows) to create more Negative Ions or Positive Ions (Negative polarity to Positive Polarity & then Positive Polarity to Negative Polarity). REASON FALSE: DC Current only can go from Negative to Positive polarity NEVER can it go from Positive to Negative as the companies that use Dual Polarity claim. Moving current from a positive to negative goes against the law of physics for DC current (click here more details).

FALSE CLAIM: Systems that use Dual Polarity claim that Negative Ions & Positive Ions are needed depending on the bodies PH level. REASON FALSE: Negative Ions are the good ions. Positive Ions are the depleting ions, free radicals (refer below about the difference click here). Why would you ever want positive ions?

By reversing polarity, the plated material on the anode gets released back in to the water (explained further below) from the current footbath & previous footbaths. Obviously this is not a good thing.

FALSE CLAIM: Systems that use Dual Polarity claim that their systems change the PH level of the water depending on the supposed Polarity. REASON FALSE: The only way the PH level can be altered is if the ionized water is extracted either at the Anode or Cathode rings where the H2O has split is extracted in to H+ (acidic water) or OH- (alkaline water).

EXPLANATION Why DUAL Polarity is a hoax:

1. To further explain how this works you must first understand how DC (direct current) current works

DC CURRENT: ALL Footbath electrolysis units on the market are using DC current. They either run from an AC input or a battery input (a battery is DC). This is necessary to create the electrolysis process. Direct current or DC electricity is the continuous movement of electrons from negative to positive through a conducting material such as a metal wire or in the case of the footbath it is the water. A DC circuit is necessary to allow the current or steam of electrons to flow. The current ALWAYS flows from the negative (Cathode ring) to the positive (Anode ring) through the water. When the electrons move from the Cathode ring to the Anode ring it causes the Cathode ring to deplete and then binds with molecules in the water and then moves to the Anode ring creating a plating on the Anode ring (refer to our research page showing the scrapings of the Anode ring click here). When a machine switches polarity ALL THEY ARE DOING is changing which plates receive the positive and the negative. The current STILL flows from Negative to Positive. Remember the Cathode ring depletes the metal & the Anode ring attracts where a build up occurs, so when the Anode ring switches to receiving the negative, making it now the Cathode ring, it then releases all the build-up back in to the water. Not only are you releasing the toxins back in to the water but it gains NO BENEFIT. (click here for outside source)

False misleading statement by other companies state (i.e. AMD IONCLEANSE) when the unit is supposedly in ‘positive’ mode: “When the unit is in positive mode, the current flows to the positive pole in the array, which results in more negative ions being produced in the water. When it is set on negative mode, the current flows to the negative pole in the array, which results in more positive ions being produced in the water. Therefore, negative polarity generates a positive ion flow. This process is known as the electrolysis of water.” stated by AMD Ioncleanse.

Currently offer the highest power supply options. Also offers the highest amperage footbaths. One could go past 15amps but there is no efficacy going beyond that. So basically person can go up to 15amps for a footbath. Even two people can do simultaneous footbaths at 15amps if they want. One functional reason for doing a high amperage footbath is if you or your client don’t want to spend a lot of time in a session. One could spend 15-30 minutes and get great results in such a short space of time. So really this brand is best suited option if you are a health practitioner planning to use it in a commercial setting.

Commercial Units available with higher amperage power supply for $100 more. Also the commercial unit that can do two footbath users at same time is $1900 resulting in a $500 savings versus buying two separate units. Replacement costs are cheapest of any brand at $60 to replace the thickest steel plate in the industry. few cents cost per footbath session <$1 and that is at a way higher amperage than any other bath on the market. If you were to run it at a lower amperage of the next highest brands around 5amp then you would have an even cheaper cost per footbath session.

One great design feature is the external fuse in the handle which allows you to easily purchase a high amp fuse and swap it out if you want to do the higher amperage footbaths. Most equipment out there has internal fuses…and even if you could swap them out their power supply can’t handle the higher amperage draw with a higher fuse.

The costs on this footbath are kept down because of several aspects this kind of is a no frills but very functionally designed equipment that is all about maximizing the amperage and therapeutic efficacy. There is no money spent on a digital display or sohpisticated control panel as that just reduces potential DC current to the array and also makes the units far more expensive. The only important variable to know is the amperage which is viewable in analog directly on the power supply. As far as timing yourself or a client everyone has a watch, phone, or clock nearby..or heck get a kitchen timer you can wind up!
