Quick Procedure

This is the bread and but­ter beginner’s pro­to­col that lifts basic metab­o­lism.  Don’t worry if you don’t think you can’t exer­cise for fif­teen minutes—anything more than three min­utes will make you stronger.

This pro­to­col com­bines exer­cise with a high level of oxy­gen, 50+ liters per minute, to lift your metab­o­lism. This pro­to­col is rec­om­mended for indi­vid­u­als in good health and a strong heart to avoid health relat­ing to vas­cu­lar degeneration.

The pro­to­col is lim­ited to indi­vid­u­als with a sound heart capa­ble of exercise.

Quick Procedure

The sup­ple­ments are not required for indi­vid­u­als capa­ble of exer­cis­ing with a pulse greater than about 110 beats per minute.

  • 30mg Thiamine (Vitamin B1)
  • 100mg Magnesium Orotate
  • 300mg Vitamin C
  • 3000mg Arginine Alphaketoglutarate (or pre­scrip­tion vasodilator)

Exercise Procedure: 20 min­utes after start­ing supplement

  • 15 min­utes of exer­cise to tol­er­ance
    Anything more than 3 min­utes is gen­er­ally successful.
  • 15–30 liters per minute of oxy­gen through mask accord­ing to strain 20–150 Watts

Finish Supplement
The sup­ple­ment is not required for indi­vid­u­als capa­ble of exer­cis­ing with a pulse greater than about 130 beats per minute.

  • 30mg Thiamine
  • 100mg Magnesium Orotate
  • 3500mg vit­a­min C
  • 3000mg Arginine Alphaketoglutarate (or pre­scrip­tion vasodilator)

Finish Procedure

  • 30 min­utes of rest
