This is the bread and butter beginner’s protocol that lifts basic metabolism. Don’t worry if you don’t think you can’t exercise for fifteen minutes—anything more than three minutes will make you stronger.
This protocol combines exercise with a high level of oxygen, 50+ liters per minute, to lift your metabolism. This protocol is recommended for individuals in good health and a strong heart to avoid health relating to vascular degeneration.
The protocol is limited to individuals with a sound heart capable of exercise.

Note that a temperature of 104°F, or 40°C, is very high and may be above the tolerance for many indivduals. Modest increases in body temperature are very helpful, and repeated application often result in increases in tolerance.
