Here is a review on a semi popular trendy whole body vibration machine called Vibeplate. Would I recommend Vibeplate no..not unless you plan on doing all sorts of exercises on it that require a larger surface area. Is there any validation of enhanced benefits of going so on the vibeplate versus the floor? Not really..there is subjective feedback they have gathered over the years from users however there are actual reseaarch studies finding that with lineal low gforce it doesn’t really activate the muscles in any significant way versus doing the same exercises on the floor.

This Zaaz whole body vibration machine reaches a max frequency sepeed of 15hz and is grossly overpriced around $2200-2400 you can get the same settings for a few hundreds of dollars with other vibration machines that also will not do much for you health wise. The Gforce on the zaaz 20k maxes out at 3.7G and ideally you need to be at minimum of 10Gs to start to entertain all those benefits you’re seeking out. Also speed wise you want to have a machine that can at least reach 25hz and that is for oscillation motion machines AKA Pivotal motion.
